We used to play Lemmings at work every now and then.

One week we were writing a service manual all week, and we used to play Lemmings to give our brains a rest between chapters. That's when we finished the game (we all played through each level).

On one level this thing used to fly down and bite off the head of the one Lemming allowed for that level. We couldn't figure out what to do to avoid it. We resorted to buying a manual (in those days the internet was a luxury).

Excitedly we looked up the page to discover what to do and there, in glorified text, it read : Avoid the Psycho Buzzard.

Helpful.

Now, if a problem has an obvious solution, I like to quote that mantra in ominous tones.

Avoid the Psycho Buzzard.

It is also a handy way to refer to mentally unstable people. Psycho Buzzards.

Yes! It was obvious that you had to avoid it - it kept flying down and biting the head off the sole Lemming!

So, we already KNEW to do that, we just didn't know HOW to do it.

Blast. I was positive I was going to be able to add 'Super Princess Peach' to this list today, after making it through the final world. I was just about to go fight the final boss, but it tells me I have to go and find ALL the lost Toads in each level >.<

I just thought they were an extra thing, to go back and find and unlock bonus content or something, not the final boss fight smash

Ah yes, the dastardly final bosses.

I'm stuck on one myself, at the end of Tales of Eternia.

I need to level my characters up a bit more, I think.

Luckily levelling up in that game is fun!

Mind you, I'll have to tear myself away from Fire Emblem 6 long enough to work on Tales of Eternia ...

I can now add Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney to my list. Yay!

I'm upset it's finished now, I want to keep playing new episodes. Episodes 4 and 5 are awesome!

I suppose I should tackle Trauma Center now. It's hard though. I keep failing this one operation, where the patients aneuyrisms keep rupturing on my and I can't fix him in time before his heart rate drops to zero.. and I'm only in the second chapter! >.< Trauma Center be a harsh mistress.

Bring on Phoenix Wright: Justice For All!

Good onya!

I've been playing Phoenix Wright in little bits, because I want to savour it for as long as I can.

You'll be pleased to hear that I caved and bought Mario Kart for the DS the other day. Ares and I have been battling away on it.

I'm learning how to snake. I can do the power drift thingies, but I can't stop from hitting the sides at the end of each one. I'll get there.

Geez, it's been a while since I played it.

Um ... I remember I busted the woman who "saw" my associate get killed from her hotel window.

I think I'm in the middle of the next case.

I'll have a play tonight and report back tomorrow.

Poor Mia Frown

Meanwhile, I got past the operation in Trauma Centre! Yay! Now I'm stuck on something even harder! Hooray!

Seriously, this is one tough game. The amount of times it took me to do the last hard challenge, when I finally got it right, I was workin the patient like a pro.

I reckon I'm ready to perform a real operation now Cool

OK, here's where I'm up to.

I just finished the case with the Steel Samauri actor, Will Powers.

Now I'm a bit of the way through the fourth one.

I hear there's only five cases so I might take my time with these last couple.

I've also complete Episodes I and II of Lego Star Wars. Luckily we saw Revenge of the Sith the other day, so now I can start on Episode III of the game without getting spoiled.

Ah, Savour the episodes Smile The fourth and fifth episodes are the best. Though, strangely I think I already said that.. smash

And I'm putting my Mario Kart friend code here, otherwise I'll forget:

094549
523670

It's seperated into two lines in the game, so I thought I should copy it the same way. I don't want to anger the gods.

editted coz I'm an idiot and can't get my friend code right
