Hamburger & corn on the cob.

Tasted great after mowing entire back yard.

Mowing thru corn on cob is funner job.

I tried a Walmart store brand...{Great Value}
Mexican Style Lasagna ..
I had never seen such a thing before... it was pretty good ..

If a bit too mild...

Baramundi (sp?) - grilled . It's a fish that I've only had one other time and that was in Australia. Saw it here for the first time yesterday so I bought it and grilled it. I did okay but I liked it better when it was made for e by a real chef Smile
Made sesame string beans with it and tomatoes from my garden. Yum.

Cooked that steak and wowza, that was good! Had the baked potato, but no spinach. Saving that to go with the roasted chicken for tomorrow night.

Tonight - headed to Chuy's Panadaria for some traditional interior Mexican. Blue Corn, nopales, cotija cheese, and some agua fresca de sandia. Perfect on a hot summer night. Maybe we'll even drop below 80 tonight!

And lilla, last night's episode of Bizarre Foods was in Rhode Island! And they actually called whole belly quahogs bizarre! Blasphemy!

Was very cool to see Tony's Colonial and the crazy Hot Dog joint. And why have we never had coffee milk???

Oh, next week is in Kentucky. Now my people have some bizarre food Wink

That show has no idea what bizarre is if they think quahogs are weird.
WE NEVER HAD COFFEE MILK!?!? I have failed as a warrior tour guide. *Hangs head in shame* Next time we meet up we are having it, even if I have to pack it to bring to Austin w/ me!

Went to a new restaurant today for My younger Bro's birthday.....

Its called Mandy's .

I had liver w Onions....it had a strip of Crispy Bacon {yum} & some gravy-like stuff on it... it was good but not great..

It came with Green Onion Mashed potatoes that was Exceptional....
& a very good Corn on the cob.

Nice Salad bar..I had some great Blue Cheese dressing...

I would definitely go there again...

Heh, just realized I started to tell you about this restaurant we have here called Threadgill's that does an awesome liver and onions. LOL - it all comes back to Xena.
