To begin with Japanese anime-

Blood- The Last Vampire
Vampire Hunter D
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust

anime vamp movies you can sink your teeth into! highly recommended.

Princes Mononoke

My fave anime movie ^_^

Akira
Armitage 111

classics

A Wind Named Amnesia
Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion

end of the world stuff; "Wind" is more Stephen Kingish while "Eva" is well, you gotta see it to believe & comprehend it!

Revolutionary Girl Utena: The Movie

World's End, subtext, and outrageous fantasy

Any and all Tenchi movie- Ryoko is the word ^^

yeah i have more anime films to watch, i'm slow & lazy in watching it, took me forever getting thru
the Soul Hunter series & now i'm catching up on
Love Hina...

Robin Hood (the Disney animal version)
Lady and the Tramp
A Goofy Movie
Oliver and Company

ohh! i forgot the 1979 japanese animated movie called 'The adventures of the Polar Bear Cubs'. I used to watch it when i was really tiny. But I've lost it. I must have taped over it or something. I'm currently trying to get my paws onto it again.

I really like "The Little Mermaid".

I only saw "Beauty And The Beast" and "Monsters Inc." recently and was pleasantly surprised by both of them.

"Shrek" is a favourite, as well.

i have Jin-Roh on dvd but still *ahem* haven't watched it...yet. Heard a lot of good things about Wings Of Honneamise but still can't find
a copy...yet. And most definately will buy a copy
of Spirited Away on dvd, just based on reviews i've read. Great list!
