At one time I knew who sang the song, and I lost track of the information. Since I own the soundtrack CD it came from, I guess I've always assumed that's where I got the woman's name. After scouring the CD insert though, it never says who performed that vocal.

I poked around the internet a bit, finding many video and sound clips of the song, but no insight about the vocalist.

My warm gratitude will be the reward for any Xenite who can help me out.
