What enemy that Xena's been up against has scared you most!?

Well I've just got season two, (Loving it BTW) and just watched the episode 'The Price' where Xena helps an Army go up against 'THE HORDE'

Well those guys just freaked me out, the scariest enemy's so far, which probably has more to do with the actual storyline, so maybe we should be asking scariest epsiode?

The way Xena was acting with the Army and towards Gabrielle I think all contributed to it being a shocking epsiode...

PLUS, the costumes of those horde guys...



What are your thoughts?

Well You haven't seen season 4 yet but there's a demon-like creature-Indrajit in "The Way" but he's scary when he grows those extra arms! WXF

When Xena battled herself `Furies, Bitter Suite, Paradise Found etc` it was the fact that she couldn`t change the person she was before but had to embrace the fact that she had this `darkness to her` to make her complete....that freaked the hell out of me cause we all have this part to us

That epi had me freaked. The weird dancing, the blood, this crazy woman who showed another one of Xena and Gabby's deaths, and then the fact they couldn't keep her dead. I really had trouble sleeping that night.

Najara actually kinda scared me..

Especially in her second episode ('The Convert' I believe?) when Gabby is trying to go help Xena, but Najara holds her back by force and says it's her way and she has to walk it alone, and then the Djinn music plays and she says something like "Don't you hear them? Yes! I understand! You heard them!" and when Gabby says No, she snaps "Don't say that! The Djinn get angry when you say that! Tell me you heard them!"

Actually, whenever she spoke with the Djinn was kinda scary. The music that would play..

Heh! Prickly Child of Hope. lol but I'll have to say Hope herself in Maternal Instincts was pretty scary. At least the hair was.

well, not knowing much about anything, i'm going to have to be boring and say callisto. the way she was talking to argo before that...incident *shudder*. the fact that she's completley insane and knows it - that's kind of scarey if you ask me.

Hope, I would say, when she is a kid. She looks so inocent in one minute, to look totally crazy in the next. Now thats scary....

I don't know if Hope as a child was the scariest, but she was the most tragic villain ever. I still wish I had the time to write a fanfic on her. I wanted to write one based on my viewpoint that, perhaps, Hope wasn't born evil and could have been good, but fate wasn't on her side.

I totally agree with Argeaux.....eating Gabby?!? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

That was disgusting & scary.

Dahak was pretty scary. Hope was pretty spooky as a grownup actually--not knowing if she was gabrielle or hope that was freaky. Yeh alti was freaky especially when she sat at the fire and talked about the darkness. THat grin on her face--eek!
