Melinda was indeed lookin' hot and sounding awesome as ever. I can't believe she sang that song. It's one of the few modern country tunes I like. I love how she made it sound more like an oldie.

I realize how some people may view the clips from Kentucky, but please understand that life in that area is vastly different from what most people are used to. This isn't inner city poor.

The clips you saw were filmed in Letcher County, about 50 miles from where 80% of my family resides.

Granted, things are bad around Whitesburg (the county seat), but Letcher county is about 350 square miles and has about 25000+ people (about 75 folks per mile). Most of my family is in Owsley county. It's about half the size and has only 5000 people. Hell Letcher county is urban in comparison. Still it's far from being overpopulated.
