So last Monday I went to the taping of the Ellen Degeneres Show season premiere in Central Park.
Justin Timberlake was the guest for show #1 (hence the cheesy 'SexyBack' reference in this thread's title. Yes, that song does grow on you after sitting through 2 sound checks and 2 performances of it. I guess.)

last night i finally remembered to set the tivo for today

I watched yesterday and I looked for you, I even slo-mo'ed some of the crowd shots but didn't see you. Thanks for posting the pics.

I forgot to DVR today's ep damn it. I could have just FF'ed through Beyonce. I can't really take her for more than a couple seconds. It's her voice that gets me, not just her singing voice, but her speaking voice as well.

I've actually become a JT fan, don't own any of his stuff, but enjoy watching him perform. What sold me was his appearance on SNL. The Barry Gibb Talk Show and his impersonation of Ashton Kutcher cracked me up.

I was nowhere to be seen on the Timberlake show 9thank god. i thought I was going to show up in the bad dancer montage!). If ya knew where to look for today's show you could see me in the crowd. I was near the "NY (hearts) Ellen" sign when Ellen did the crowd announce. Not worth rewinding the tivo for though
As far as the show, Ellen was truly the highlight. Liked Timberlake more than I thought I would once I heard him speak. Beyonce...lots of energy performing. Otherwise...meh. Didn't even stay at the taping until she finished. We could hear the end of it walking out of the park. That was good enough for me.
