I guess they're sorta adult contemporary/Celtic folk or somethin.

Listening to Trans Siberian Orchestra's "Night Castle," which I bought on Pandora! AMAZING! Big Grin

These people are so ORIGINAL! I can't even describe their sound--maybe xc knows of them or any other lurkers lol! Razz Big Grin

Kinda rock, pop, broadway, classical, opera--all conglomerated into ONE AMAZING SOUND! Big Grin

(Can you tell I'm obsessed? Wink Big Grin)

Oh yeah, sometimes they remind me of Meatloaf too! That might be a more concise description if no one here has heard them. Smile Altho seriously--I WOULD be surprised if no one here has at least HEARD of TSO! Big Grin

i've heard Trans Siberian Orchestra, i have a few of their songs on comps but no full length albums.

yeah their music has that Meatloaf over-the-top full-to-the-hilt sound. They also remind me at times of Enigma or even early Asia.
