I don't know if any of you were following, but the Aussies just won the Women's Basketball World Championship for the first time.

Not the best game I've ever seen but it was certainly a clear victory.

Be interesting to see what happens at the next Olympics.

good for the Aussies...always my #2 team to cheer for after the US. they've been one of the best teams in world competition for a while--glad they won one.

To be honest I would rather have seen them play off against the US rather than Russia.

They will truly have come of age if they beat the US in a final.
