What if I think I wound up with Italian Pinot Grigio?

What if I also discovered the screw top bottles can be just as hard to open?

What if it's hard to get a grip?

What if I used a rubberised cloth to open difficult screw tops?

What if a lot of Aussie wine makers are moving to screw top wines?

What if any wine is a good wine, in a crisis?

What if I'd read that the Aussie wineries only produce corked bottles for the clueless American market?

What if apparently, the screw top has numerous advantages over the cork?

What if sealing?

What if no cork to get dried out and ruin the seal?

What if re-sealability?

What if now that I'm back home I can tackle the corks again?

What if screw tops also mean that wines don't get cork taint?
