Im not much for serial killer,mafia,hospital or cop shows or movies.

I like escapist stuff mostly.

That being said I wasnt expecting much from this but Its well done & interesting.

I was late & missed abit of the opening scenes...
At least 1 overly gory murder near the beginning.

But after that its more interesting than graphic.

Rented this on dvd yesterday. It was excellent, much much less bloody than I'd expected. I liked how they went back and forth between the police and newspaper partners investigating or reporting on the case.

The latter half reminded me of JFK with Jake whats-his-name's obsession on the Zodiac mirroring Kevin Costner's.

Definitely worth renting or owning a copy.
