Chief Chesty Forlock |
I used to think that the spoon was the ultimate cutlery utensil. It picks up sauce and soup, what more could you want? However, I've been converted to the spork. This is because the spoon won't pick up chunks of curry, and then the gravy, as effectively as a spork can. What's your weapon of choice for eating? ~~~~~~~~~~

sporks only at fast food restaurants that provide them for things like mashed potatoes and gravy or red beans and rice chop sticks are fun at asian restaurants otherwise fork, spoon and knife pretty much cover everything.. if not, lick the plate

The spork is a fine utensil. They'd be better if they weren't all plastic. I've always wondered - since a lot of us (with bad table manners) use the side of the fork as a knife anyway - why there's no "knork". Or "Forfe". I'm also a big fan of the tea-spoon. For eating out of the container, y'know. <When I was just a little girl, I asked my mother "What will I be? Will I be pretty, will I be rich?" Here's what she said to me... "Honestly, son, don't be such an effin' pansy.">

Sporks are a pretty handy utinsil. I would have to pick that as my favorite. I tried teaching my self to use chopsticks but my fat butt is too impatient to only get a morsel at a time.

re: chopsticks start with big things like sushi, rolls, meat/fish i still suck at using them with vermicelli

Yeah I will. You just cant shut me up. I Really like a fork... If I cant use a fork ...the Largest tablespoon/Serving spoon is best.... Tho I often just pick up the bowl to slurp out the contents... this is not recommended with a beard... Yeah Im just as Classy as alla you have imagined... A teaspooon is good only for ice cream.... IMO

He's A L I V E!!!!!!! A L I V E I say! Howdy Prof. I find it odd that so many of you find the tea spoon a favorite. The handles tend to be so long, skinny, and weak (bent one too many in ice cream) and the bowl is so small. I only use them for one thing, stirring tea. A Ha! I just realized you must be using them like a sundae spoon at Dairy Queen. I tend to use the same spoon to scoop ice cream as I do to eat it, thus (see above)... but now I get it. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

You mean to say that song had REAL words!?!?! Here I've been singing it wrong this whole time. Lord, I could have been insulting people, or asking them for lewd favors! This is humiliating. I've been pissing Swedes off for years and not even know it. God only knows what havoc I've caused with my Beaker impersonation. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
