Listening to "Homegrown", a recently issued 'lost' Neil Young album. Neil scrapped the album in the '70s, releasing some songs from it on other albums with different arrangements. Sounds really great.

I'm listening to Spotify, this gem called Jimi Hendrix radio and they're playing some really good stuff. Red House by Jimi is playing now, before that was Heroin by Velvet Underground. I love that song. Even tho I never did that stuff and never would, I can relate to the lyrics for other reasons. Red House is good...that blues sound in Jimi's music is epic. He did everything. It's the 50th year since his death too. He'd be 77 now. Wow. "Even when you're down and blue, just remember that someone out there loves you, even if you don't know it and even if you haven't yet met them. There's someone out there waiting for you, remember that and keep faith. You'll get there." ~~Johnny Depp.

Listening to Jimi Hendrix's "Mannish Boy," on my Jimi Hendrix Radio Station on Spotify. I like this song, it's nice and upbeat, as compared to some of the deeper stuff that I also love. "Even when you're down and blue, just remember that someone out there loves you, even if you don't know it and even if you haven't yet met them. There's someone out there waiting for you, remember that and keep faith. You'll get there." ~~Johnny Depp.
