Oh, Argy, I'm so sorry. He certainly was a loved pup and good friend to you two.

Argy so sorry for your loss. You'll feel that hole in your family for a while. Think of it as a sign of that special kind of love that asks nothing in return.

I am so sorry Argy! {{{{hugs}}}} I remember when we chatted on msn and you showed me a picture of him. I didn't know he was sick. My condolances. It's been a sucky year for us too with regard to animal friends passing. First our ferret in june and then our rat several weeks ago. Bleh. It's never fun but at least they are in a better place and not suffering.
anyway give my condolances to Ares. Again sorry to hear that.

Awww... Argy.... Im saddened by your loss....Its tough to lose a good 4-legged friend.
My mom also has recently lost an old beloved pet....
Why is it easier to fool the masses than it is to convince them that they have been fooled...?

Thanks for your kind words, everyone.
I just wanted to put a little tribute on the Scrolls for Jake, because it seemed the best thing I could do to remember him - share with friends.
Thanks so much, Shawn. People have been a big help to me in dealing with Jake's departure, and your gesture has gone a long way towards seeing him off right.
