I remember in this incantation meeting sara for the first time in june and eating my first cheesesteak since february!!

i remember the look on sara's face when she first bit into hers. Pure enjoyment!

I remember being carded when we went into the bar and getting high on just that!

I remember showing off my site on the old scrolls.

I remember when i HAD a site on the old scrolls.

I remember at that time i did an opera about a warrior woman and feeling like Xena every time i sang it!

I remember argy in new york suggesting to me that i put a sound byte on the scrolls, singing the xena theme.

Fun times.

I remember smoking with GTG outside Hooter's in Pasadena.

I remember taking a picture of Katherine under thew "HOOTERS AT PLAY" sign.

I remember lila dropping the football.

I remember QB courting Atalanta who wasn't supposed to show, but did.

I remember a very bouncy Wildy.

I remember Bruna and Hilda!

I remember playing catch in front of the convetion center.

AND I'd like to say 2 things...
1. Can I get a "Hell yeah!" to lila's Lucy and Brad request/appeal/wish

2. GTG, don't go away!

heh--we could just make this a thread of con memories pretty damn easily...

i remember scaring the fluff outta the Twinxenas.

i remember ROC saying "eaten by crabs."

i remember the Friday night sleepover with 6 people in our room (with Wildy under the desk & certain strange bedfellows who will remain nameless lest pj track me down and cause we extreme pain...).

i remember talking briefly to Alex & Claire and gettting my own personal Alex Smile.

i remember pj missng the entire incident because she was distracted completely by the sword vendor.

i remember discovering that GTG was tickle-ish.

i remember QB wore La Croix, sweetie, La Croix.

i remember Hudson giving Shawn a kiss.

i remember Claire giving Alex a kiss.

i remember not wanting that week to end.

scrolling down memory lane...

I remember many a sleepless night building Neopet houses with scrollers.

I remember Ame convincing me to install ICQ wayyyyy back when so that I could make Oz plans.

I remember duct tape.

In person memories...

I remember meeting Brian and his wife in Christchurch and QB and I saying while waiting for them to arrive "we are absolutely crazy for meeting a total stranger from the internet in a foreign country."

I remember the feeling of our fears being at rest when they finally showed up and were not Kiwi axe murderers.

I remember 1 week later waiting to meet Ame and Argy in Sydney and saying "we are absolutely the coolest people for meeting a total stranger from the internet in a foreign country!"


I remember a tap on the shoulder by a stranger in NYC and the question "Are you a scroller?" (actually that happened twice! Most recently it was NX doing the tapping!)

I remember fried green tomatoes, Austin traffic, a backyard party ,boomerangs in trees and needing to take a time-out after the XWP finale.

I remember Mystic Pizza.

Convention memories...

I remember many scrollers crammed into the back of an L.A. taxi.

I remember bad service at Denny's.

I remember Ap and I getting beads in a very Mardi Gras type of way at Moose McGillicuddy's.

I remember the stress organizing a fan club brunch - or two, or three...

I , too, remember never wanting that week to end.

I remember my first cheese steak, delicious.

I remember hanging out with Kate and feeling very comfortable.

I remember in FF&P, we used to have regular challenges.

I remember reading some pretty good fanfic back in the day.

I remember meaning to take pictures when I met everyone but never getting the damn camera out of my back pack.

I remember calling scrollers from cell phones in denny's and not caring that it was the middle of the night in their time zones.

I too remember Mystic Pizza and Big Giant Heads!

I also remember "Dances With Seals"

i remember it was GTG who was driving the gabris fam van when we "accidentily" left Erica at the Grand Canyon while the mini-maddies & the maxi-fallc's were shouting "are we there yet? are we there yet?".

i also remember that assassins & punk rockers would be often transported to the scrolls via Hercy's time travellin vortex.

Hmmm, abigous butts...I remember looking at butts...oh wait, you mean THOSE butts, yes, I remember that. I also believe a certain scroller got quite the eyebrow look for that one.

Speaking of the Gabris Fam...I remember shopping with some said members in a mall in Tennessee.

I remember AP talking me into going to my first convention and having Hudson Leick shock the hell out of me.

I remember Hooters. What a blast that was and I couldn't believe there were so many scrollers in one place at one time!

I remember the Twins and thinking they were even prettier in person...actually, I thought that about most of the scrollers (hell Motoki is quite the beauty!).

I remember having that instant connection with a few scrollers that I still think of daily.

I remember calling Shawn at home for the first time and her thinking I was some weird stalker or telemarketer. (Shhh, don't tell her I really am).

I remember scroller romances that surprised me and kept me on the edge of my seat.

I remember meeting Lila for the first time and never feeling more welcome than when she smiled at me.
