this is completely off topic but the mention of fanfic reminded me...

yesterday i stumbled across a recently written (that may be the weirdest part) fanfic about Miss Kitty & Matt Dillon of Gunsmoke. at first i couldn't believe that show is still alive enough for some people that they'd be writing Matt & Kitty stories in 2004.

then i thought a moment and wondered if my sister had adopted a pen name....
