It's a new year and time for a new avatar.

I love our little gun-toting angel, but she doesn't really have anything to do with running backwards.

Those of you who have designing skills, here's your chance to show them off.

Design a new avatar for this group that embodies the spirit of running backwards.

We'd prefer it not to be associated with any one game, as we play so many different ones.

Kylie and I reserve the right to keep our angel, if none of the submitted avatars meets our standards.

If your avatar is chosen, you will be the first person to receive a free <=RB= beanie, personally hand crafted by Argy, delivered to your door.

The beanie is black with silver and black metal beads. I have offset them slightly to make the look a bit cooler.

Here is Bzerk modelling a similar beanie that I made for him:

The <=RB= beanie is a little shorter around the ears than Bzerk's and is a relaxed fit on a small head, a snug fit on a large head.

Vashti and I have had a chat and we're going to use Duffman's logo.

It fits the group because a lot of people here enjoy playing Portal.

It uses the group tag.

It is very clever.
