So I fell asleep before the show aired. I did record it thought and plan to watch it tonight. In the meantime, here's an article on the episode, which happened to be directed by David Boreanez. From SciFi Wire quote:

ok, i'll go out on a limb and say it bored me _____________________________ it's a wondrous world of ridiculous things with nothing so rare as the love that it brings

It was an interesting concept with a lot of symbolism, but it kinda bored me too. To be honest, I don't watch "Angel" to think. I watch it to be entertained. I don't like having to think about all the symbolism and stuff.

I guess it wasn't just me then. I found my mind wandering like crazy!

uh..i liked it? i can see the boring, but i was really tired at the time, so maybe i was actually bored and happy to be so. i liked all the craziness of the dreams. and i'll be very predictable and say i apreciated the dream about spike and buffy ...well not so much buffy. what was up with that anyway? you'd think they could come up with a better way of obscuring her face than a lot of hair. pehraps it's easier said than done. it wasn't one of the best eps i've ever seen, and it did seem really confused and disjointed, but i get the feeling that they may have been slightly intentional - they didn't exactly pull it off though. harmony was gorgeous as always . i think i like lindsy acting like doyle. i don't yet see the significane of it, seeing that spike doesn't know about either one of them, but perhaps it will add to the messing with angel at a later date. unless lindsy really is doyle somehow o_O nah, that's not too likely...*curious* --------------------------------------
