Admittedly one or two were lucky guesses.

9/10 but at least three were guesses or mere process of elimination.

I never really knew who painted "American Gothic" before. And I shall probably forget again--ask me tomorrow without his name being in front of me. *s*

9/10.

Finally! A test on something I know a little about.

I got the Manet wrong. I shoulda known - Degas was known more for painting ballerinas.

I've seen a lot of those art works, too. I love seeing collections in Europe and the USA.

I'm starting to appreciate some home grown art a little more, too. Artists like Streeton, Olley and Drysdale.

Aboriginal art is taking me longer to get into, but I'm beginning to come around to some pieces. The NSW Gallery has a good collection.

Thanks for the test! Smile

Who did you think I would be? - HA! - well you got me instead.
