Books is also a weakness of mine, since I buy way to many of them. And movies. And jewelry. And comics...

Posting as other scrollers. You know, by using the Gates Analytical Body Reproduction Internet System (aka GABRIS), one can assume and create the identities of anyone and everyone at any message board. Why bother registering and posting at a message board when the GABRIS can automatically create an online community complete with a variety of characters and the seemingingly life-like situations they get into!

beanieweenies, to the best of my recollection, are the typical pork-n-bean with a generous amount of little bite-sized weeners in it. mmm mmm. i'm rather surprised though that "beef in a jar" didn't make Shawn's list... Wink

steak finger baskets
throwing the football
3 rums and the daily special at the Texas Chilli Parlour
heckling cheerleaders (present company excluded)

(hmmm...all mine seem to involve beef or sports...)

Thanks for the clarification. I feel that I can now proceed.

I broke it into catagories because (sadly) I have many guilty pleasures. These are a few that I'm willing to cop to.

FOOD:

Dippin Dots … I can’t pass a machine that sells ‘em without indulging. Luckily they are scarce around here!

Spike's Junkyard Dogs…not often but when I want one- it’s a Spike’s emergency! (and talk of BeanieWeenies just got me thinking of Spike’s)

MUSIC:

Musical Theatre… More specifically Original Broadway cast albums played LOUDLY while I clean the house on a Saturday morning.

Assorted 70's Cheese including Barry Manilow…also played while cleaning the house but not loudly (I have a reputation to protect and I have a couple of neighbors in close proximity . I will deny if caught with my musical pants down. Wink )

TV:

The N...yeah I’m thirtysomething and I watch Degrassi. What of it?

America's Next Top Model...nuff said.blush

FILM:

Rat Race

Coyote Ugly

OTHER:

Way-too-expensive jeans…I own more than I can actually realistically afford

Sample size/travel size beauty products…I own more than I will ever use

Yep to:
the 70's cheese, but you already knew that. I'm feeling more secure with everyone coming clean, so I too will admit that I have watched both Coyote Ugly and While You Were Sleeping more times than any one person should.
"Is he leaning? Cuz it looked like he was leaning."

love SoN but have unfortunately had to watch most online (ick)

dried beef (just wait)

and hello, my name is Shawn and I'm a headwear addict.

Any and every damn BBC movie. God forbid I'm chanel surfing and hear an accent - that's all she wrote.

Jeez, some newbie is going to stick their head in here, read all this and think we're all one person playing different scrollers. Between all of our similarities and xc's latest caper...
just call me Sybil.

i dun understand most of the posts on this thread. They seem to be pleasures, i don't see why there'd be any guilt in say, the breakfasts, Xena, most of the music, t-shirts, etc. Now if you were hanging with someone just to get a free breakfast (i'd never do that!) or shoplifting t-shirts that are way too expensive or stalking Lucy Lawless, okay, there'd be something to feel guilty about there. Is someone making ya'll feel guilty about your pleasures? Want me to bury them in my backyard, hmmm? That'd be a fun guilty pleasure for me.
