DVD - Buffy 'once more with feeling, tabula rasa'

Wood: Welcome to Sunnydale High. There's no running in the halls, no yelling, no gum chewing, apart from that, there's only one rule: if it moves, kill it.

The motion picture (as opposed to the Broadway) soundtrack of Hair is in my cd player. I'm alternating that one with Once More With Feeling (though not nonstop, because that's a sign of insanity and/or demon possession).

Nothing in the dvd thing, but there are two buffy discs sitting on top of it that my kids took out and didn't put away. Guess I should go do that...

Now that my room is finally dry & the loud drying fans are gone, I can listen to cd's at regular xc volume soooo... on the cd player is Jeff Larson's new "Sepia" album. For the uninitiated, Larson does mellow '70s tunes a la America. In fact, the dudes from America are featured on the cd. Cool, eh? Well we need to mellow out sometimes. Perhaps tomorrow i'll drag out the new Best of Pixies cd.

Hay, I have the Best of the Pixies on my cd player as i type this yay! Earlier tonight i had Chicago Soul on my car cd player. It's a great comp of 60's soul/blues/jazz from the Chess record label.

Yesterday it was the latest from The Cure on the car player & an oldie from Sleater-Kinney on the home player. Great new Cure btw. I forget the title of the Sleater-Kinney, something about Dig the Beat, or Dig Your Beat, or Dig Your Feet, or somethin like that.

Tomorrow, tomorrow it'll be Funki Porcini in the car player & Fastball in the basement cd player. None of these are best of's, though I do have a Best of Howlin' Wolf i'll be listening to soon.
