3 days of lasagna ended yesterday.

Today is fried chicken.

Haha Yes! The fortune cookies always promise me something good in the near future but it NEVER HAPPENS ! ! !!!

Bought a buncha 1/2 price rolls & Stuff @ Walmart & went back & they had Better mark down stuff...


I think I have enuff baked goods to last me till Fall...

It was a huuuuuuge lasagna & i made sure it was gonna last several days which it did.

Leftovers is the stuff of poor ppl.

Been munchin on a spaghetti casserole last couple days.

i like it but i need a change of taste for today at least.

Dont eat too much pasta .. you'll get fat...

i had breakfast for dinner today.

maybe leftovers tomorrow as it will be busy.

I had the good sense to fry up some store made Breakfast sausage last night & some eggs ..So I can microwave & toast & eat ...

Its 79 inside @ 1PM its mid 80s outside with a heat index of 90F !! Probably wont peak til 6PM or so...

So no stove today...

But like an idiot I Did NOT fix anything ahead of time when it was cool enuff to cook.. for the upcoming heat wave..

Im sick to death of Sammiches....

Stopped at Judah yesterday & got a monstrous size tenderloin sandwich.

Cute blonde waitress caught my eye. i may have to go back for more.

oh yeah, also got some blueberry jam between Bedford & Mitchell at Apple Acres.

Love me some blueberry stuff. Good for toast.

Yesterday had a sausage & egg sandwich for supper.

Surprisingly how filling it was.

Undecided bout today.

Yeah I cooked up some extry roast beef & egg to make a sammich today for brunch..

Will include the provolone cheese,I think...

Its on Walmarts ONLY amaing bread thing a ciabatta roll..
They are a bit too humid the way they sell 'em but aired out a bit & toasted up just right they are amazing...esp for Walmart !

YAy it was cool enuff to use the stove today..

I made Hash & Eggs...with Cauliflower on the side.

I need to prep some stuff up for the next oncoming Hot spell.

My mom & my bro treated me to a meal at a Vietnamese/Asian Restaurant called the Red Pepper

I had My usual {Crispy or Fried)Duck Soup

Its a fried duck leg on a bowl of Asian Noodle Soup..with Cilantro.

Man I LOVE it!

We then stopped out for some Cold Stone Ice Cream...V Good also....

i never have had duck before. still i have had to duck from ppl before.

Day 3 of beef stroganoff.

Maybe tomorrow i stop for fast food for a change.

Stopped at 5 Guys hamburgers today for a rare non-home cooked supper.

Excellent burger & fries.

But can't afford it only couple times a year.

A rare outta town treat. Wish they'd open a franchise here in my town.

i had a Dagwood Supreme cold sub Sunday & Monday- it was big enuff to last that long. Huge cold
sandwich- turkey, ham, roast beef, lotsa fixins.

Today- beef stroganoff.

Its been cool enuff to make a hot breakfast lately had fried eggs & sausage twice in row..
