What if...if Trump dropped out...that would make the REST of my days???  What if...I wonder if it actually COULD get too much for him? What if hell I'll take anybody over him, so long as they're decent. What if I just don't know about old Joe...but I want that Monster out of the white house asap and if Joe's the one that replaces him...well it could be worse, I suppose. I really wanted Bernie tho. He's much more dynamic and focused. I don't know what Joe thinks he can actually do for us, but someone has to do it and apparently nobody else can be bothered. What if, there are so many things that need fixing in this country and I can't realistically expect anyone to get elected who is going to fix them all but I'd settle for half or even a third if it means we don't have a Monster who's trying to kill us all. what if old fart Bernie can't win cause the economy is in bad enough shape without his commie spending spree sending the US into a depression from which it can never recover? what if Trumpenstein Monster resigns, then Pence is Pres and he'd be harder for Biden or any Dem to beat, even if he is an old school Nazi? what if Biden picks a black woman running mate, he has better chance of winning young & minority votes of people who otherwise might not vote? what if the election comes down to voting for someone who's sending the country spiraling down the shitter, who only cares for himself vs someone who's been through personal tragedy & knows how better to fix the country cause he cares about other people? what if the problem lies with people who can't get over this or that and want someone for pres who can never be elected or would rather protest in the street cause they have nothing better to do or with people who will do anything to make sure Trumpenstein stays in power, like cheatin with mail-in votes or give false info over social media to people too stupid to think for themselves? | |||

What if I actually am more hopeful today that Trump will be voted out than I was before? What if, don't ask me why today is any different than any other day but it could also be my mood? What if I just feel like things might be okay for some reason? What if, I don't often get these kinds of feelings so I'm staying with it for now!!!! What if it's raining off and on but I've been enjoying being in my pool all summer? What if the upkeep of the pool is a challenge right now because many people have sprouted above ground pools in their yards, thanks to no one wanting to go away on vacations? What if, that said, the stores keep running out of pool supplies? What if, I had to order three pump filters from Amazon last week when we ran completely out and the Amazon ones are not going to come til tomorrow, which means we spent a whole week not running the pump? What if that can be bad but not as bad as having to wait til August which is when the retail stores are telling us it will be? What if...so all in all it's a blessing I was able to get three filters anyway? What if...hope everyone is having a good day all things considered! What if the optimism is mainly that Trump might be voted out and that means more to me than anything, yes even the fact that Biden has some problems with speaking and staying focused. What if, my pessimism earlier was due to Biden possibly losing bc he's such a weak speaker...and us getting stuck with Trump again. What if, but I just don't see how Trump can have the same outcome as 2016 or even a fraction of it after his shoddy handling of the coronavirus, and hell, everything else. What if, yes I wanted Bernie and yes I hear what xc was saying about how Trump wanted everyone to vote for Bernie so he could beat him and make everyone feel stupid. If that's true that would have sucked. But Bernie had some good ideas and we needed someone who could take us out of a bad situation. What if, I don't know how it will be with old Joe, maybe we'll be surprised, who knows. Maybe he'll have help from all the people he surrounds himself with, which I suspect will at least be people who know what they're doing, rather than the Yes men Trump has around him. What if any kind of racism sucks, full stop. I realize there are extremes on both sides but there is never any excuse on either side for any kind of human persecution. What if I'm pretty sure the Democrats have lied about other things...I remember Bill Clinton talking about eliminating problems for gay people in the millitary. He could have ordered the Sergeants and all them to stop promoting homophobia but instead he came out with this lame-assed "Don't ask, don't tell" thing. That wasn't helpful at all but he had promised to help the situation so that was one lie there. What if, however, I think Bill helped the economy a lot, there was a surplus and my memories of the 90's include not having too much trouble getting a job whenever I needed one. It became harder when Bush came along and pretty much slaughtered the economy. By the time Obama got in, the economy was so wrecked, I don't think he was able to do much to fix it...obviously he would have needed longer than 8 years. What if overall, yeah Democrats are better than Republicans but everyone has their own failings. We will never have a perfect country, but if we can at least have someone who cares enough to focus on making things better, we're not doing too bad. What if I liked Obama for the most part, he seemed to at least care about setting things right, but he was blocked at every turn by stoopid Republican congress and stuff, and a lot of things that went wrong were always "his fault" because he was the president...never mind that Congress, etc. are behind the president voting things in and stuff. It takes a lot of people to run this country, and fark it up as well. What if, I HOPE Trump doesn't mess with the election but sure, there are lots of ways he could try! What if, we all thought Bush would refuse to leave too, remember! What if, I don't think he'll get away with it at this point, though. What if...we'll see how it all goes in the end. I do hope the climate does improve tho, it may take more than just factories being out of work. I remember Star Wars in the 80's really screwing things up...a hole in the atmosphere, that was huge news back then. This was close to 40 years ago too so a lot could have happened between then and now. What if, one thing that worries me about Dopey Joe, young or old(lol), is that he's against marijuana legalization.(I realize I might be the only one here who would be upset about that lol.) What if, whether they affect humans in good or bad ways, I've always thought that all drugs should be legal. Alcohol is legal and it kills just as much as cocaine or heroin or whatnot. Throwing people in jail for doing or possessing drugs is just a waste of prison space. People are going to do drugs regardless, and there was a time when alcohol was illegal. People still drank, and they're drinking today and smoking cigarettes besides. So just go ahead and legalize everything. What if, that's probably far ahead in the future tho if it happens at all. What if, marijuana is not like cocaine or heroin, for one thing it's not even addictive, not really. I can see if it's being used with other drugs and/or alcohol, but the other drugs and alcohol are addictive, not the marijuana. At least this is my own experience with it. What if, marijuana also has a LOT of healing qualities. It can help with cancer, Alzheimer's and seizures for one. It can also help with PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder...hell it helps me with all four of those things! What if, to be honest, I don't even see marijuana as a "drug." It's a plant that has a lot of healing properties and is basically good for many people. It just gets misused when mixing it with "real" drugs and/or alcohol. That's just my opinion but I'm sure I'm not the only one in the world who feels that way. What if, this anti-marijuana rap that a lot of politicians seem to promote...maybe it won't affect medical marijuana but I can't be too sure yet. I just know I don't want any of the states that have legalized/decriminalized marijuana and/or have medical marijuana...to have to go back to the way it was before. People shouldn't be locked up for smoking weed. Again, total waste of prison space, and terrible in general. What if, I'll still take my chances on all of this if it means getting Trump out. I just want a world where people can live and enjoy themselves without hurting anybody...and not be persecuted. I realize I'm also kind of an idealist but hasn't the human race been striving for this kind of world for years? What if, regardless of whatever it is that's taken away from us, I just hope we get a lot more in return. What if, we have a new cat? What if,my sister found her on the street, she was microchipped and everything but the neighbors apparently moved and abandoned her? What if, she's really sweet but unfortunately she's traumatized by living on my sister's street, where ppl are setting off fireworks every night. What if...I mean EVERY night. What if...after the 4th of July. What if, so this poor cat is now living with us in a more quiet environment but she jumps at everything because part of her is still back with those fireworks? What if, but I think we're getting her in time for her to get past all that and have a good life. What if, my sister's coming over later with Frontline, a bed and other stuff for the kitty and she has a vet appointment next Thursday? What if it's really hard to get vet appointments now too so we were lucky to get this one? what if, well we'll see how it continues to go? What if Happy Friday!!!!!
