what if i just this minute found out how well the national animal recovery system i registered Stella with works?

what if it was kinda silly to invovlve the national system when the folks who returned her were just 2 doors down, but still i'm glad it works so efficiently?

what if this is the first time the silly beast has ever left the yard (except at my mother's house) and i'm extremely worried that now that she's figured it out it's going to be a problem?
