If you are stuck on a ship
On the ocean, just a blip
Remember, do
Poor Cecrops' crew
And how he gave his curse the slip

Well not really but the feeling is starting to abate.

Now i have a faster comp playng is so much quicker, and it's become a novelty again.. But i have been posting.. (see numerous game threads)..
Maybe if we do s3 cause it's my fav season i'll have the urge to purge limericks..LOL

Oh, please, pleeeeasse... *bouncing up and down and clapping*..., can I be Uliaràn O'Germàn?

Oh... sorry... forgot to limmer.

There once was a man from Germany
who at last could see the necessity
so he signed a card of consent
for his ID to be bent
towards an Irish identity

In matters of love a mile is as good as a miss
Especially when the arrows are drawn by little Bliss
Joxer becomes Gabby's squeeze
Xena's love Draco tries to freeze
Seems like an awful lot of trouble for a kiss

Season the second has come at last to an end
My ferverent hope is our rhymes did not offend
But please let's try a new schtick
Of episodic constraints I am sick
To any new idea, let us our ears lend

Sara and I have come to the conclusion that we would pay real money to see Ully bounce like a school girl.

and No, you don't choose you're own name, and that one you want isn't clannish enough.. we'll come up with one, and get back to you.. *G*

Ully bouncing is rather funny
Seeing him so happy and sunny
Acting like any normal person would
Proving he's not made of wood
And should be flushed down a dunny

I do declare, Mistress McOoof
You must be swigging 500 proof
Your words, though they rhyme,
Go from ridiculous to sublime
Is there a fire on your roof?

Patty O--what confusion you spawn
with your furnishings of yard and of lawn
they do not understand, but mock
while you in your hammock rock
and drink Mojitos til your senses are gone

okay, i might grumble a bit
but i won't stomp around in a fit
i guess you can see
we lost what we'd done of S3
at this rate we'll never make it to Sacrifice's lava pit

Xena as mad as a cut snake
And Ares as always on the take
Trying to prove the furies about her mum
That she cut up Xena's daddy for fun
And the village saw mad Xena nake-d

a really bad case of deja vu
gives Xena time to figure what to do
there's lots of subtext, dontcha know
and a wicked chakram throw
and everyone survived their funerals, whew!

(that was decidedly better than my last one...)

I come here and what do I see?
zoom on a lone limerick spree
Well look out, here I come
To help her write some
One a day is enough, though, for me

I’m not so sure that the term refers to an amicable argument; in my experience argy-bargies are often not only heated discussions but also rather bad-tempered ones, amounting to a spat or minor quarrel. But then, the term is mainly a British or old Commonwealth one, not that well known in the US, and easily misunderstood out of context.

this lim won't be deep, wise or sage
or reenacted some day on the stage
it's just one small thing i'm doing
or else i'll keep stewing
til the Harry Potter poem's off the main page

WHAT WOULD XENA DO?

are you sitting on the soap?

scratch my nose, will ya...?

I so want to write a verse that's clever
but I continue my mind from my body to sever
Though one job is done
I'm still not having fun
With this pathetic rhyming endeavor

even when i have a cold in my snotter
this mad little rhyme
is here just in time
to usurp that epic about Harry Potter

scratch my nose, will ya...?

Oh, return to whenst thou camest, vile Potter
Even without a zoom I see that you're a rotter
Smile as much as you like
We'll still have your guts on a pike
or - if you like - your head on a platter
